At the discretion and service of these amazing people we were given a free second appointment to come back and have a second attempt at figuring out the gender. Happy to say after that second appointment today—the technician who was very knowledgeable was successful in locating the gender and we had a fantastic experience overall! Had to leave the room many times to stop the dizziness and they even gave me extra juice and candy to help. Such a comfortable waiting area, not to mention the bathroom had a bidet, such a thoughtful addition. Being a Muslim woman this place made me so comfortable, staff was so so so nice.
